Note: The VirtuaGirl software runs automatically so you do not need to read this page if you don't want to.  It's only for troubleshooting problems or getting your girls to download faster.

This is a step by step tutorial to get the girls stripping after you download VirtuaGirl.  Some of the text may refer to purchasing additional girls into VirtuaGirl but it also applies to the free-VirtuaGirl deal for MyFreePaysite.com members.

 

When you buy a girl on the website (or download her free through our link), you may need to let the VirtuaGirl software installed on your PC know that there is something new to download.

The VirtuaGirl software checks for new things by itself once a day, but we guess you'd like to see immediately what you just purchased. :-)

Short Version

1) Right Click on the white "V" on a red background in your systray and select "Option" in the popup menu.

2) Click on the "Downloads" tab.

3) Click on the "CHECK FOR UPDATES" button

4) After a few seconds, you should see a new line saying "Updating Rights" and then then another line with the name of the girl you bought followed by (full show) and a progress bar.

Just wait till the download finished (when the red progress bar reaches 100%) and the girl will start appearing on your desktop.
Full shows are made of 20 to 30 small clips, so it should take a while before you see them all.

Long Version

If the Short version does not work, you'll have to make sure everything is alright step by step.

1) Make sure you have installed using the correct username. You do this on the "About" tab.

If "Registered to" says something different than what you see when you go on the website and click on "My Profile" then you need to reinstall the software using the login you see in your profile (login you used online when buying and what the about page says have to match).

2) Go to the "My Collection" tab and check in the list if the girl you just purchased is downloaded.

Check the "Girl Status" on the right:

If it says "Downloaded", go to step 4.
If it says "Being Downloaded" go to step 3. You don't need to click on "CHECK FOR UPDATES" there as the download is already running. Just wait for it to be finished.
If is says "Not Downloaded", go to step 3

3) Go to the "Download" tab and click the "Check for updates". This will restart the download process. (this may take some time)

If the "Connection Status" says anything else but "Connected" it means the software can't communicate with our servers and can't download the girls.
Please check Internet connection and firewall settings to make sure the software installed on your PC can communicate with our servers.
If you see errors in the Status column there, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

4) Just wait till the download finished (when the red progress bar reaches 100%) and the girl will start appearing on your desktop.

If you have the girl downloaded and the show still doesn't play. Go to the "Settings" tab, make sure ALL preferences are checked (from No Nudity to Very Explicit).
Also check to see that the "Appearance" is checked active and that the V-Icon in the taskbar is RED (left click on it).
