Please remember that usually our e-mail should reach your inbox without any problems or delays. This page is here to help you in case you are not receiving our e-mail and want to know the reason why. Other e-mail providers that may be having problems accepting our e-mail:
Remember, if you are not receiving our join e-mail, please use a different e-mail address such as one of the ones listed as OK above.
Other notes and tips:
Sometimes it may help to "whitelist" the e-mail address that we use to e-mail you:
To avoid any problems receiving our e-mails now and in the future, you should add us to your contacts list or address book. The easiest way to do that is to send us a blank e-mail to email@example.com from the e-mail or ISP you want to use and they will automatically add us to your contacts and be less likely to filter or delay our e-mails. Otherwise you can just manually add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book, or add "myfreepaysite.com" to any "approved domain" list.
Note: Our newsletter will usually come from a different e-mail address: email@example.com
